Last year I was recommended Bon Marche and I got a new little number. An Hawaiin red number in a flattering swim dress style for £24.
So I’ve been looking around for you on the High Street and online.
Let’s start with the High Street .
YOURS clothing
Above is a lovely flattering Tankini Top with bottoms one of there best sellers. Top £23.99 Bottoms 12.99.
They have traditional swimsuits bikinis and swimdresses from size 16 to 36 . They do a lovely range of beach dresses and Kaftans too. You can check online too if there’s no store near you.
Evans
Above Black essential swimsuit £36.00 But currently in the sale £28.80.Evans often put on sales so check in store or online sizes 14 to 28.
Bon marche
Above the Floral Twist sundress £25.00. Bon Marche sizes are 10 to 28 . Again some beautiful kaftans and sundresses to cover up on the beach. As well as array of swimwear to choose from.
I find my Swim dress comfortable by the pool and in the water. It as a built in swimsuit underneath.
Online there are a number of companies that do plus sizes Simply Be , Curvissa, Asos curve, Figleaves and Boohoo.
Also try Bravissimo which do sizes in your bra size D to K. They supply swimsuits etc from Bra brands such as Panache etc. Check out the Tankinis, Bikinis and there beach wear too. Prices are a little more expensive but sizes are in bra size than dress size. Prices vary between around £30 to £60
So I hope you like the modern day swimwear .
For Vintage designs at present there are 2 websites selling vintage style swimwear .
For Luna the sizes go from 8 to 24. Prices vary from £36.00 to £75.00.
Lindy Bop the sizes go from 8 to 20 prices anything from£42 to £85 .
Both sites do sales to watch out for. Both sites deserve a a look just for interest they have some quirky designs .
